The All Brass Screw Jack Opener is an upgrade for those wishing to have the convienence of multiple opening positions or where the window will be far out of reach of the floor and ventilation is still the important factor.

We have added our Unique Gasket to all of the K Series Opening Roof Windows to prevent the build up of debris from trees and bushes behind the window to improve its water management and ensure the window lasts the lifetime of the building.
Manufactured from UV Stable EPDM Rubber this flexible gasket is pre-fittted to the window in the factory to ensure a smooth and trouble free installation.
