We have added our Unique Gasket to all of the K Series Opening Roof Windows to prevent the build up of debris from trees and bushes behind the window to improve its water management and ensure the window lasts the lifetime of the building.

Manufactured from UV Stable EPDM Rubber this flexible gasket is pre-fittted to the window in the factory to ensure a smooth and trouble free installation.

This Double Glazed fixed version of our popular Double Glazed Glass opening roof window allows the Natural Daylight to flood in. Only 35mm tall it is Slimline and Unobtrusive

It weighs 2 1/2kg more than the opening version so still no need to to do any structural work to the roof and features an 18mm double glazed toughened glass unit.

With the same tried and tested fixings this is truly the next evolution in skylights for Garden Buildings.
