Simple Casement Opener
Fitted with a Simple Aluminium Casement Arm, which is designed to either be fully open or closed.
The lid cannot be opened or Tampered with from The outside ensuring security for the items within the Building.
Upgrade to Key Locking
Fitted with a Key Locking Aluminium Casement Pin.
Providing that little bit of extra Security
Upgrade to a Solid Brass Screw Jack.
A screw Jack will provide infinate openig positions as well as allowing access using a "crank handle" or pole when the window is out of reach from the floor.
Complete with All Fixings and Trim
Each Window is fully assembled and is delivered with everything you will need to complete the installation, including Nuts, Bolts, Screws and Nails.

Standard Felt
No matter what grade of felt is used or the type of building, the self-sealing gasket pre-fitted to the window will ensure a water tight trouble free installation
Shingled Roofs
With addition of a 1m x 1m Square of felt (not supplied) the window can be fitted easily to any shingled roof, whichever design of roof or shingle is chosen.
EPDM Rubber Roofs
The Activent Series of Roof Windows and Skylights will fit all EPDM Rubber roofs.

Leaf Guard
The Activent Series of Opening Roof Windows now have the New Leaf Guard Gasket fitted as Standard.
